The condo was extremely clean and everything looked relatively new. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Most importantly, no high pressure sells tactics were employed. A polite “No”’was taken as an answer. Highly recommend the resort but next time we will do a 3 bedroom.

The property itself was great. We received discounted tickets and a vacation package upon arrival but, we had to schedule a 90 min. sales pitch. The gentleman in the front told us that we received our tickets and vacation package before the session so we didn’t have to stay. So we did just that. We got our tickets and vacation package and left. Well, they called us and told us that if we didn’t return, they were going to cancel our tickets. We told them exactly what the gentleman told us the day before but, they didn’t care. They asked if we were going to return and we said no. They cancelled our tickets and vacation package. Unless you plan on sitting through the sales pitch, just tell them you are there to relax. Maybe then, they won’t hassle you.

Wonderful facility nice people the only reason I didn't give it a perfect review is because the high pressure levels pitched by a timeshare is over the top if you can just simply tell them not interested and I want my room key it would be so much more pleasant

We booked six months in advance. When we arrived we were told our room was damaged “a few hours ago” and that it wasn’t available. The manager proceeded to lie and say someone had been trying to contact us. They had not. They told us they had a comparable space at another property. It was not comparable. It had fewer beds. When we complained they offered a third property but it also didn’t have enough beds. Moreover, they promised a discount but also said it was up to Expedia to approve and they did not. When I called Expedia the said I should have contacted them instead of the property and because I didn’t I wasn’t eligible for any compensation. On top of that we still were incessantly bothered about a time share ! This place should be pilloried by all! Do not stay here!!!

Would recommend this property to anyone! It was quiet and very clean. Our kiddos loved playing at the ping pong tables and throwing the footballs in the grass areas. We will definitely be back.

This property was beautiful and well maintained. The check- in process was short and staff was very helpful. The 2 bedroom condo was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. I liked that TVs were in the bedrooms as well living room area. Kitchen had all necessaries. We were there for 2 nights and didn’t get a chance to experience property amenities. I would return and recommend to others.
