Showed up at 10 pm. It took about 12 to 15 minutes to actually check in. When we got to the room, it was dirty, as in it had already been used and not cleaned. Then it took another 12 to 15 minutes to get another room. The staff didn't seem to show any care. It was a contrast to the promos on the screen in the lobby showing the hotels smiling staff and smiling customer faces.

We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath unit. It was large and comfortable. The kitchen and other rooms were clean except the tub in the en suite bathroom. Laundry, we didn’t use as we were only there 2 nights, but it was an up to date washer/dryer combo unit in the unit. Will stay here again.

The first room was smokey and unlocked. I literally gasped for air. Very unacceptable and should not have been assigned. The second room was musty, but thankful for Febreeze. The cleaning grew left a brush on the console, not good.

Family friendly, beautiful grounds and pool. It was a bit away from historic area but wonderful services about 2 mikes away. It was a car dependent resort so you need a car to do activities beyond the resort.

The property was better than staying in a hotel but going to the "time share" sales pitch was ridiculous. The salesman wouldnt take no for an answer and when proven that the numbers they kept giving was crap just made him angry. Other than that the bed was nice.

We had a fabulous stay. The pool and fitness areas etc. are beautiful and well maintained. We really enjoyed the stay. Only thing that isn't great is the playground...wouldn't trust that one.
