It was okay

Bed was comfortable and hotel was close to the colonial area in downtown. The bathroom floor had someone's contact lens laying there. TV have very limited channels. No cable options and would go in and out. They charge a $20 incidental fees. They will not help you with a booking issue unless you book through them. Some of the staff was helpful and some were rude. The room price was good until they had it their $20 incidental fee and if you stay an extra night you have to rebook it and pay an additional $20 incidental fee.

Very bad service

There wasn't any coffee at the breakfast around 8:15am. There was a dirty wash rag in the shower which made me think it was dirty and I didn't take a shower that night. They did not let me get a cot for my son to sleep on and he had to sleep on the floor.I have stayed there numerous times and will look somewhere else the next time.

The room was dirty and the bathroom’s tub’s paint was pealed off and so the roof of the bathroom.

Good rooms, great breakfast

The hotel is room nice for the price range, and the lobby is great. Breakfast was awesome with scrambled eggs each day and alternating sausage or bacon and french toast or diced potatoes, and 2 waffle makers plus the standard continental breakfast options. The only pool (outside) looked a little green - but we never asked about it since we were using the "awake" portion of our day at Busch Gardens.

Dirty Bathroom

There were fake fingernails in the entrance to our room and on the bathroom floor. There was also chewing gum stuck to the bathroom wall. The shower was stained and gross-looking. I had rented a second room and there were fake eyelashes in the bed. The breakfast was good. More variety than other hotels where I have stayed.

This property was in need of some major repairs. Our family rented three rooms. Our room was okay, although the window shades covering the window had a large rip and hole in it. However, My son's room had a huge (1 foot diameter) hole in one of the walls. My daughter's room had the same situation. Only (1) working ice machine on the first floor.

Bathroom was the worst. There was mold all over the ceiling and the faucet looked so dirty. There was also a wet spot in the carpet, unsure what it was. Beds were fine. Everything else was fine except for the room itself.
