The staff was very nice and helpful. When we went to our room, the beds were made, but the sheets had been slept in, makeup on the sheets and pillows (which had no pillowcases), dirty towel in the shower, room not vacuumed, elevator and hallway was also dirty. Staff again was great, gave us a new room. Room was clean, but seemed run down. Bathroom door handle stuck and had to fight to get out of it. Burn marks in the carpet, large chips in the paint, shower dripped and had mold.

Had to ask for a new bedsheet and blanket because they had questionable stains, the new ones also had stains. Breakfast was good, the ice machine didn’t work sink couldn’t fill my bucket. It was pretty clean just the bed sheets. Good for a short stay

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was really good. However; the room needs improvement. When I arrived, the TV wasn’t connected and there was no phone in the room. After I notified the front desk, the staff came to help. The shower in bathroom is very old and looked dirty. The soap holder had soap build up and had black spots. The faucet cover in the shower was not attached to the wall. The ceiling in the shower section of the bathroom looked like it was going to fall down and I was afraid when I was showering that a piece of it was going to fall on top of me. The curtains’ rails in the bedroom are broken and don’t close well. I had to use a pin to close it at night. Even though the staff were very nice, I don’t think I will go back to this hotel.

The room was clean but dated, the floor was sticky (someone spilled something on but they did not properly cleaned it). The bathroom had hair in the sink and shower areas. The staff offered a new room but the lights were not working in that room. So we stayed in the first room and used a wet towel to wipe up the sticky floor. The hotel was quiet and the breakfast was fresh and well organized. I would stay again because the staff was very accommodating, friendly, and professional!
