Ten Year Anniversary

The two bdrm suite was exceptional. Clean and well stocked. Everything had an ease of use that far surpassed any other place I’ve been to. All the amenities were easy to access.

The swimming pools are open late . Plenty of activities to do. Resort is nestled back in a golf country club. The resort villas are very roomie and quiet.

I chose a small guest room on Orbitz, which was very different than the photos on Orbitz. There were multiple buildings on the property and our building was a long walk from the pools, front desk, kids area. No vending in the entire building. The bathroom in the room looked industrial, felt very budget, like a gas station bathroom. The outdoor pool by this building was closed. Tennis courts and pool looked nice but did not use. Room was smaller than I expected. When I called the front desk to ask about a room upgrade after check in, they said they could not help me and I’d have to call Marriott sales. Did not stay for entire reservation. Left after 12 hours and went to a nicer hotel. NOT what I expected from a Marriott property.

This beautiful place has ALL THE THINGS!!! We celebrated a milestone wedding anniversary and were very well cared for. Concierge Samantha was heaven sent. She came through with an amazing dining suggestion. And the staff even sent balloons and a hand written card for out anniversary! Sooo conveniently located! And any amenity you can imagine! Don't hesitate...BOOK WITH THEM!!!

Just spent a week here. The property is really nice. There are a lot of great activity here like bike rentals, pickle ball courts, basketball, volleyball and mini golf. There is also an indoor activity area with a small movie theater. The indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs are small but heated and very nice. The house cleaning comes mid week but the building have washer and dryers and provide detergent if you need to do laundry. There are also fire pits and bbqs. The prices are very reasonable for what you get.

The hotel was beautiful, it was clean. The first night it was warm so the kids went to the pool. We spent almost $200 on the bistro which is located next to the pool. They don’t deliver to you, you have to pick it up. The food was expensive and wasn’t good. If I go back I wouldn’t purchase food from there, the kids didn’t even like the hotdogs. The grounds are beautiful and my kids loved the pools, the basketball courts etc. This is a timeshare, don’t expect daily cleaning service or clean towels unless you pay an extra fee they advised. That was upsetting, even though we were in a one room villa with a Washer and dryer, laundry wasn’t one thing I wanted to do. During your stay you will get a call from the concierge asking you to attend a 90 minute presentation that will earn you a $25 marriot gift card, 15,000 bonvoy points or a $75 visa gift card. I decided to go to see what it was about and they were trying to have me become a Marriott vacation club member. Great presentation and fell in love with it, seemed like a great deal and savings. We were one step from finalizing the next day and when we went back to our room we read reviews and watched YouTube’s that gave the full run down on how it worked. There’s an additional $100k that was missing from the presentation we were shown. So, for anyone who may be interested you should educate yourself before going to presentation so you know the correct questions to ask.
