The check in and out processes were paperless and painless! Front desk staff were great and ready to answer any questions. Beds were great and appreciated the several options for plugs and USB ports around the room. Breakfast buffet looked great but as a celiac, I was unable to partake of most of it. Overall a great visit.

Mediocre but had a few hiccups

We only stayed for one night but unfortunately felt a little disappointed by our experience. We rented two rooms, one of which had two of our kids and a grandparent in it. About two hours after check-in, a stranger walked into their room after letting himself in with a key card. Apparently the front desk had forgotten to mark the room occupied and gave a key card to this man for it. Luckily nothing happened, but it was scary for the kids and parents nonetheless. Both rooms smelled and felt damp - like an indoor pool. The sink in our bathroom was also clogged.

First stay not the best

Well there was very little of “Hot” water it never got hot plus our shower leaked so bad from the shower head that we used all of the towels to keep the floor dry our last day we didn’t bother showering because of that. They said the housekeeper would let someone know.
