Fix bathroom shower doors water was pouring had too use the only shower towels that they gave us throughout are stay no place to put soap or anything inside the shower and only gave us towels every three days and we only stood there for three nights very bad experience not having clean towels

They only give you new towels and sheets every 3 days. The toilet was clogged and they handed me a dirty plunger and told me to do. Their phones do not work in the room. The carpets are filthy with dog poop all over. When we walked in the room for the first time there was dog imprints on the “clean” sheets…

Very impressed with this hotel. Although the carpets in the hallway could use a cleaning and a microwave would’ve been nice, everything else was great. Pool was really nice and breakfast area was good with plenty of seating.

Breakfast options were not very good. Same entrees all week(powdered eggs, yucky sausage and pancakes). The syrup containers were so sticky that it was difficult to lift them out of the tray to use them. Milk had to be shared among clients same gal. Instead of individual boxes.

The front desk staff and housekeeping was so pleasant. I loved every moment there. I was there on a surprise trip and they let me know where my brother-in-law and sister-in-law will be staying and they even told me when they arrived so we can collectively do the surprise. I will be coming back here again when I go to the area.

We've stayed at this property several times since April 2025. Most of the property has been renovated. Staff have always been friendly and approachable. Location and amenities are good for cost point.

The bed was comfortable and I was glad to have a room with no carpet. The kids enjoyed the hammock swings in the lobby hall. However, the carpet in the halls are awful and Covered in stains. The a/c in the hall was busted up. You can tell renovations are trying to be done, but not in a cohesive manor. Small breakfast provided on stained seats and Reno needs to happen on pool.
