This hotel had me curious as the ratings went from 2-10 and thought to myself how is this possible? Well, the major problems are with the details such as ripped window treatments accompanied with heavier curtains that were dirty and seemed to have splashes of blood. We reserved 2 rooms and the condition was the same in both. I must also add that there were multiple appliances connected to connection cords instead of to the wall had us very concerned. The beds were not the worse, but when I went to bed I noticed hairs under the sheets. The only thing we liked in the rooms was the shower and the ac in one of the rooms. The water pressure is perfect. The AC in the other room didn’t work properly. Another very disappointing part was the breakfast. They have a descent choice but nothing tasted well including the juice. To make matters worse, the coffee maker wasn’t working so no coffee. The lady that works setting up the breakfast is very nice, but I think she needs help. When you look at the pictures, this property looks nice. What you can’t see is that this has been patchwork! New things added to an old building that needs major repairs. The window treatments are disgusting, and as someone who suffers from allergies and asthma, the air quality in the rooms is terrible. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again, unless it’s an emergency!

Great overnight stay! Thank You!

Although some of the furnishings could use a refreshing, Overall, the property was well kept, attractive , relaxing, and enjoyable. There were guests enjoying the pool, picnic tables, and even outdoor grill. Also Staff was excellent, and showed great pride and concern in the quality and condition of our accommodations. Only suggestion … Add Waffles and a couple of the flipper , made to order, machines ,to the breakfast assortment... .. Thank you for a wonderful stay! John

I have never been to the front desk as many times as I have during this stay. The front desk staff was courteous and responsive to our needs/issues. Rooms were neat and clean but dark. Bathroom is small. The sink is in the room instead of being in the bathroom. Housekeeping wasn’t up to par. They were supposed to make the beds and dump the trash everyday. This was hit and miss.

Read real reviews on yelp please !!! Pictures on expedia very very misleading. They have both renovated modern rooms and outdated rooms. the outdated rooms are the ones you will receive more than likely because there are only a handful of modern rooms but they do not show that in the booking. The outdated rooms are exactly what you would expect: stained sheets, dirty shower, dark lighting, dusty, moldy air conditioner, etc. Had to leave my first night because they would not accommodate me or clean my room. No refund but they offered free snacks… lol

Worth it for pet friendly pricing

Pet friendly was nice and we heard other dogs on the floor. Beds were small but nice and it was good that the floor was durable. However sink and shower stoppers did not work and the room could use a paint job. With the extra money we paid as the pet fee would have been nice to have everything in the room functional ir at least some doggie treats. The front desk person Max was excellent! They were friendly and welcoming. Max was knowledgeable and easy to converse with.

Nope never again!!

We got there and they didn’t want to give me the room I had reserved. I got a king with a sofa bed. I had a service dog with me also. I had looked over the website about their pet policy because I don’t won’t to cause issues because of my dog. They were a dog friendly motel and that was all the information that was on it. The man that helped me was so nice and helpful then the woman working with him came over. She more or less called me a liar and wanted me to prove to her about the website. She said that people usually called and talked to them about pet policy. I said why would I call when I went through a third party. I told her everything should have been put in the website and if it wasn’t that was not my problem. I said I booked this weeks ago I have no idea what to show you. He finally got it fixed. But the room had a pull out couch but had no mattress. I called the front desk and of course she answered the phone and said king rooms only had a couch not a pull out. Even though the website showed it. I just hung the phone up because it wasn’t worth it. You could also hear everything out in the hallway as if you were standing there with them. The room was clean, beds were okay, pillows awful, and bathroom needs updating. This will be a one and never again place for us.

When husband and I arrived at hotel and wanted to plug our cell phone chargers to the outlet on the wall in between the bed, we couldn’t get it to work……never got another shampoo and face towels during my stay there after even requesting for more towels and shampoo!

Rugs were very dirty. Long line of some kind of liquid on half the hall way floor. No coffee pot in room but coffee fixings there. No toilet paper holder - just sitting on the sink. Bathroom was clean though and looked new. Personnel were very friendly. The area around the pool was clean as well as the pool.

Definitely not happy

Front desk was nice but the condition of the hotel is nice in the lobby but different when you get to the floors with the rooms. Booked three rooms for a family vacation and they all three get a low rating. Plumbing is awful and the sinks backed up (drained very very very slow) in all 3 rooms just from brushing teeth. Hallways carpets very stained and rooms looked very run down curtains were even ripped. Dead roaches in elevator ceiling lights Definitely not happy and not what I expected.
