Mieheni ja minä ostimme tämän talon vuonna 2015 ja olemme kunnostaneet sen kokonaan. Vuonna 1915 rakennettu talo toimi keräyspisteenä vieraille, jotka matkustavat Cynthinia KY: hen. Tavoitteemme tämän talon kunnostamisessa oli pitää se mahdollisimman alkuperäisenä. Huonekalu, portaat ja lattiat ovat alkuperäisiä, kun taas kaikki muu talossa on uutta. Talo sijaitsee lähellä keskustaa Williamstown ja alle 1. 7 mailia arkkiin. Mieheni ja asumme 3 taloa alaspäin, haluaisin tulla tapaamaan sinua.
Isäni on Williamstownin kaupunginjohtaja ja on työskennellyt Ark Encounterin kanssa rakennus- ja avausvaiheissa. Hän puhuisi mielellään kanssasi arkista, jos sinulla olisi kysyttävää.

TARJOAMME kaapelia ja erittäin nopeaa wifiä.

* Keittiössä on kaikki uudet laitteet, kuten sähköliesi, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone ja jääkaappi. Se on varustettu kaikilla ruoanlaitto-tarpeillasi. Onko Keurig kahvin, teen ja kuuman suklaan K-kuppien kanssa aamusi heräämistä varten! Pöydässä voi olla jopa 6 henkilöä.

* Olohuoneessa on 49 tuuman Smart TV -kaapeli. Kuningatar vuodesohva, upea kova puulattia ja puhelimen latausasema.

* Makuuhuone 1 sijaitsee pääkerroksessa ja siinä on parisänky, jossa on kaksi suurta vaatekaappia, 32 tuuman älykäs kaapeli-TV, matkalaukku ja matkapuhelimen ja tablet-laitteen latausasema - sinun ei tarvitse etsiä pistorasiaa!

* Makuuhuone 2 sijaitsee alakerrassa ja siinä on queen-vuode, jossa iso kaappi, 32 tuuman Smart TV -kaapeli, myös latausasema, jossa ei enää tarvitse vetää ja vetää huonekaluja pistorasian löytämiseksi!

* Takaovi vie sinut upeaan Kentuckyn auringonlaskuun. Hangout ja katso auringonlaskua ja anna lasten tyhjentää vähän energiaa.

* Makuuhuone 3 sijaitsee alakerrassa ja siinä on kerrossängyt 32 tuuman Smart TV -kaapelilla.

* Suuri kodinhoitohuone, jossa voit tehdä kaikki pyykkitarpeesi ylimääräisellä säilytystilalla.

Äitini ja tätini työskentelevät kovasti sen varmistamiseksi, että lomasi tuntuu kodilta. He pyrkivät varmistamaan, että kaikki on puhdasta ja mukavaa. Ne menevät yli ja pidemmälle tekemään matkasi erityiseksi. Kahdella erityisellä / ocd-naisella, jotka tekevät siivousta, voit olla varma, että et löydä puhtaampaa paikkaa.

Awesome little house

We stayed here for 5 nights to go to a conference at the ark. It was super clean, and perfect for our family of 6. The only downside was there isnt much cabinet space to put food you might bring but we made it work and didnt detract from us enjoying the stay

Wonderful Place to Stay for a Family Visiting the Ark!

This place was perfect for our needs! It was a great place for a family gathering. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we might need - board games, condiments, coffee, reusable K-cups, spices, cooking utensils, even snacks and drinks! It was such a cozy place and we loved hearing the birds sing in the morning! We'd definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent Experience

This place was perfect for what we needed! It was a great home base, and had a welcoming feel to it. The children loved it the moment we arrived! They had fun running up and down the beautiful lush green rolling hills in the back yard. It was so close to the ark that we were able to pop home for lunch and then go back again for the afternoon. Two of the bedrooms were on the lower level of a walkout basement and the kids were not scared and didn't mind. I believe this was due to the open concept type access to the lower level. The dining area is cozy as there were 7 of us, so we did have to turn the table sideways and were happy to find 2 fold up chairs in the MB closet for all of us to fit around the table, there was another spare cushioned chair in the bedroom if there had been 8 of us. It was great that everyone had a spot to go and just relax on their own instead of being cooped up in a hotel room. The house was close to downtown and some of us were able to walk there to look at a few of the shops. We also enjoyed playing board games at the table in the evening! We had brought some, but also found a few more in the bench by the front door! Thank you Ashley & Todd, you're home is lovely! We truly enjoyed our stay!

House was cozy, clean and close to ak. Just smaller than expecting. Dining table great for 4 but not 6. Bedding, towels, kitchen supplies very clean and more than adequate. Would recommend for a couple or maybe 2 couples but not for the 5th /6th person. Responsive host/hostesshost/hostess

Relaxing getaway

A sweet place

wonderfully old, quaint, modernized, cozy. The perfect place for my daughter and grand daughters to "hang" and spend quality time with each other. We cooked meals together, watched old "Leave it to Beaver" re-runs, tied a quilt, visited nearby The Ark (amazing!!) and an evening at the Stage Right Theater to watch "Footloose". The beds were incredibly comfortable and the laundry facilities were very much appreciated. Also the shower had great pressure and was very enjoyable! We would do it all over again!! Thank you so much!!!

Small clean home, easy to find and good amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were impressed with the cleanliness of the home. Definitely appreciated the amenities like water and coffee plus snacks. Plenty of towels were provided along with extra blankets. The shower had a dispenser with shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. The AC worked wonderfully, I especially appreciated it. The house is small and cozy. I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Unique and Convenient

We had a great stay at this unique, renovated old home! It was clean, well-supplied, and just down the road from the Ark Encounter. The hosts had decorated it in a wonderful way, and we felt very much at home. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to this area.

Lovely old house.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. The only suggestion I have is adding grab bars for the shower for older citizens safety while getting in and out. Thank you for hosting.

Lovely, cozy home and excellent location

My sisters and I stayed at this home when we visited the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum and some other local places. We loved the location and the home was comfy and cozy, perfect for the three of us. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We ate several meals and played many games at the dining table (seats 4). The neighborhood was quiet but there is quite a bit of through traffic but it wasn’t a problem at all. We had everything we needed and much more for above stay. A few other places we visited in the area includes: Boone County Arboretum, Big Bone Lick State Park, Peace, Love and Mini Donuts, Hansie Flip Burger.
