The property had the room needed for our stay. The extra game room was a nice touch. It was clean and had the basic amenities needed. The property is a unique layout and the deck on the canal is a nice touch. The owners were easy to work with and were flexible to our needs.

The house, furniture, linens and towels were all very clean. The pantry was fully stocked and there were no restrictions on what could be used. Everything was in good working condition inside and outside the home. The owner was very good at answering questions in a timely manner.

Highly Recommended!!

We booked this property for my son's 16th birthday and it did not disappoint! The house is clean, well stocked and right on the water. The boat launch is literally a 1 minute drive from the house and we kept our 2 jet skis docked right at the house overnight with no problem. Some would ride the jet skis to the launch area which was also great for swimming and setting out tubes to float in. The area of the lake it opens up to was never packed, even on a holiday weekend. It was so convenient for running back to the house for snacks, drinks or anything we needed. There are covered picnic tables at the launch while waiting to switch out riders on the jet skis. The house itself is nice and well stocked from blankets and bedding to toiletries and kitchen appliances, etc. We cooked inside and grilled outside and had everything we needed. The game room above the garage stays cool with the wall unit a/c and the boys loved it. The side yard was big enough for football, wiffle ball and we brought cornhole boards. All the beds were very comfortable and the sheets were great quality. The 3 full bathrooms are nice and clean. Plenty of high quality towels for showering and plenty of beach towels to take to the lake. The king bedroom downstairs is a great second master and way to separate from those staying up late upstairs. We were a group of adults and teens only and I can't recommend this house enough. It was exactly what we wanted for this trip!
