Good overnight stay.

Front desk was excellent. The hotel is small which I really like, they have approximately 90 rooms. Mine was spacious enough, beds and pillows were comfortable and linens felt good quality. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels which was convenient. The bar is open for breakfast and after 5 pm. I didn’t try their food. The area around the hotel looks a but sketchy but the hotel itself is safe and well appointed.

Had a cockroach crawl on my pillow at two in the morning let the staff know that this happened. They never responded back to us, we also noticed that there was dead cockroaches outside the hotel and let the staff know as well till this day we have not heard anything back from them to apologize or to take our concern seriously

I loved the decor throughout the hotel and the room. The on-site restaurant was convenient. The (hotel and restaurant/bar) staff were very helpful and kind. We never received fresh towels, our beds were never made or cleaned, and our trash was never emptied or picked up during our stay.

Staff is excellent, the air conditioning smooth and comfortable, the design and lighting great, but the beds were the thing that stood out to me most. A lot of hotels have very cheap, uncomfortable mattresses. These were divine. Some miscommunications with cleaning staff, but the experience was over all very high end and staff was very polite and extremely accommodating.

clean, nice location, comfortable, house keeping only came once during out 4 day stay, the pool was closed and we were not informed nor was it advertised… It’s june in Wilmington…. The restaurant is not really a restaurant. 4 tables in the lobby, only one microwave in the entire building for 2 hotels.

It's a beautiful, new hotel with large, spacious gathering areas. Outside pool area is spectacular. The staff were friendly and accommodating as our room keys were not ready upon arrival but they still provided access to our room. We will definitely stay here again.

Great and poor

It was extremely clean. But it had some weaknesses. The toilet when flushed shot water on the toilet seat. I told them that the body wash in the shower must be low on soap. The next day when I took a shower I still did not have body soap. I missed free coffee, a microwave, a grab bar in the shower, or a place to put your own soap except on the floor. The darken shares were great!
