Welcome home to a charming, historic apartment in downtown Wilmington! This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is located on the first floor of a historic mansion that has been painstakingly renovated to provide modern amenities while keeping its historic charm. The apartment comes with a designated off street parking spot, making it the perfect location for you to explore the sites, restaurants, and shops that downtown has to offer!

This charming apartment is located on the first floor of a renovated, historic mansion. You'll enter the property through the updated kitchen. It's fully stocked with all of the essentials that you'd need to enjoy a meal during your stay. The bedroom and living room are combined in one, large open space. You'll be ablet to relax at the end of the day on the comfy couch, or cozy up in the arm chair by the front window with a cup of coffee or good book. There is a king size bed to ensure a good night's sleep, and the full bathroom includes a tiled, walk in shower. Off the kitchen, there is also a washer and dryer for use during your stay.

The apartment comes with a designated, off street parking spot located directly behind the house. The location of this property can't be beat! Located in one of the most beautiful areas of town, you'll be able to take in the beautiful architecture of the surrounding neighborhood. It's just a short walk to all of the restaurants, shops, and sites that downtown Wilmington has to offer!

Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as a designated parking space in the gravel lot behind the house. We do have a locked closet for owner storage, but other than that you are able to use anything in the house. There are 5 other apartments in this house, but they all have a completely separate entrance. The only shared spaces are the backyard and parking areas.
