Safe and pet friendly with a nice yard full of birds and garden beds full of flowers. With a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer you have everything you need inside, but also a private second story, balcony upstairs, and downstairs, a sitting area with a fire pit and your choice of gas or charcoal grills. And, there’s plenty of parking. You can fit a 21’ boat and three trucks. Plus, there is free overflow parking on the street. And, of course, we are pet friendly, for only a $30 fee, for your entire stay.

Nice quiet midtown location

You couldn't ask for a better location to explore Wilmington; garage apartment is walking or biking distance to grocery stores and restaurants yet tucked away in a quiet location. Home is very clean and comfortable, and just a short drive to beaches and downtown.
