Room was fantastic for the price. Hotel experienced a loss of hot water, but the hotel comped me for the issue without having to follow up or complain. Room had a small balcony which was nice to get some fresh air without going outside. Good location, next to a very nice brunch spot. Couldn’t ask for more.

There was no hot water and I was told I was given a discount on my room rate. I was told the rate was dropped to $99 and I see the charge on my account posted for the original amount. I would like to have the rate adjusted to what was quoted to me onsite.

When we arrived at 8pm to check in, we were told that the hotel didn’t have hot water. We were told that we could still check in and if our room in fact didn’t have hot water, we could leave. We asked if one of the front desk workers could go up to the room that was reserved for us to determine if there was hot water. It turns out that the room didn’t have hot water. The front desk staff didn’t have any answers to if there were repairs being done or if there was a timeline of when the hot water would be working again. The customer services was horrible. It would have been appreciated if we had received a phone call prior to walking in the hotel front door about the lack of hot water. Thankfully after a quick search, we were able to find a different hotel.

Heating system was very noisy. Very convenient if you have a dog with an outside area from one's room. Staff vervy nice and efficient but hotel needs new carpeting, bathtub had rust, shower weak.

Hotel was nice staff was fine. Appearance was nice. My issue was no hot water when we arrived or the next day. Access from the parking lot to the room wasn’t working. Lastly the ice machine was out of order.

There was no hot water in the hotel and the manager and staff did not inform any one before they checked in. Two days without hot water and no information on when it would be fixed. And when I asked for a refund or compensation, the manager stated that she could not give one.
