The front desk person was super. But when I realized our room was on the first floor I expressed concern about noise. We assured it would be quiet. It was not! Throughout the night we heard a door slam shot - in the morning (we left at 4:45am because of the noise) I saw the door I heard must be one at the end of the hall to outside. Surprised anyone would let a door slam in the middle of the night. Worth fixing this for a soft close.
