This house needs to be looked at by a home inspector. Their is an obvious odor in the living room of mildew or mold, the floors are severely warped with soft spots, and there are light switches (ex: vanity lights in master bathroom) that are not operational. We were left with one towel per bed, for a 5 day stay, only one extra roll of toilet paper, one extra trash bag, only 4 laundry pods, and the creamer at the coffee station was curdled. Additionally, it seemed as though the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in quite some time and the walls are riddled with scratches/scuffs/stains. The home looks beautiful in pictures, but it is not being maintained as it should be.

Apparently my reservations were canceled and i had no clue about it because i was still getting notifications about my stay through your company. At 1 am 2 men walked into pur room because they were booked there as well. It was a horrible experience
