This newly renovated lake front home boasts the best views on the lake, tiki hut, multiple outdoor decks, covered patio, hot tub, game room, theatre, kayaks, SUPs and plenty more! We even have a 2022 Crest tritoon with a 200 HP motor that is available to rent for experienced boaters! This is truly a one of kind property. We look forward to serving you!



This is one of the most unique lake properties anywhere! You will have amazing lake views from inside and outside. We have loaded it with amenities for you and your group to help make as many memories as possible! We even have sonos speakers throughout the property so you can listen to your favorite music indoors or outdoors!



This is a beautiful quiet neighborhood in rural Winchester that is located right on the lake!



This home comes with a long driveway that has enough room to park up to 6 vehicles and your boat trailer. This is also a great neighborhood to bicycle, jog or just take a peaceful stroll and look for wildlife! Enjoy the fire pit outside with wood provided at the home.



We have a 2022 24 foot tritoon boat with a 200 HP motor for rent at $599/day during peak season (May-September) and $399/ day October, November, & March. The boat is not available December-February. Holidays are $699. Book more than 2 days and receive 20% off and 30% off if booking 6+days. Weather must be above 40 degrees to book the boat.



Please confirm boat rental as soon as you can after you book. :)



In the winter, TVA lowers the water level to winter levels. December-March the dock maybe inaccessible due to a steep grade in the gangway to the dock caused by the lower water levels. Caution should be used during these times if trying to access the dock.
