Additional costs

Very clean. Even though pet friendly, I was blindsided with the extra cost. I realize the damages that can happen with pets, However, that price should be disclosed in your cost section. Extra $70.00 was not expected.

I liked nothing. Old in need of a renovation. Furniture was scuffed. Electrical outlets couldn’t hold a plug. I couldn’t get a receipt at checkout. My honors points weren’t recognized. Will never stay here again.

Hotel was 'ok' overall. Great service by their entire team. Good breakfast & an over-all reasonable value for the rate charged. The rooms do show some wear and are a bit musty. The hallways were excessively cold.
