Nestled on the shores of Lake Windermere, it offers a variety of activities and attractions: Enjoy boating, kayaking, or paddleboarding on the lake, or explore the numerous hiking and cycling trails in the area. The village boasts charming shops, cosy cafes, and a range of restaurants and pubs offering delicious local cuisine.

•Master bedroom is located on the first floor and is extremely spacious. There is a super king size bed, fitted wardrobe and bath adjacent to the bedroom with views of Lake Windermere. Outdoor Space:

•The Hot Tub is reached just off the patio doors from the kitchen. A number of steps takes you down to the outdoor area where there is seating and views of Lake Windermere and the fells beyond offering a peaceful spot to enjoy the sun throughout the day.

And when it comes to checking in, we've made it as simple as can be. Just use the key safe outside of the front door for self check-in and let your Lake District adventure begin!

And there's no need to worry about parking - we've got you covered with private parking for 2 cars right outside the building. It's all designed to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible!

•Suitable for children but smaller children will need supervising in the outside area and steps.

•For the comfort of neighbours the hot tub should be used between 9am and 10pm.

•A starter pack for the fire will be supplied, further logs can be purchased locally.
