Very lovely check in and after leaving my purse on the counter was immediately contacted by the front desk. So very grateful. Room was warmed prior to my arriving and was so happy. Comfy bed. Only down was the pancake machine was broken.😞

Staff was awesome.. which is more than I can say about the Holiday Inn across the street. Do not go there. This Holiday Inn Express is much better. We’ve stayed here many times over the years and prefer it over the Holiday Inn next door …

Check in was great, staff was friendly and even let us check in early. This property is kept very clean. We used the hot tub which was amazing and also used the sauna as well, and that was nice. Overall good experience and definitely will return.
