Was checked in by Melissa, she messed up my credit card.room was already fully paid but she put multiple authorizations thru and charged me again for my room. Now I have 2 charges on my credit card. They should train their staff properly on how to check people in who already paid. I have escalated to look into this further and if no resolution, I’m filing a dispute against the hotel with my bank. The room had no soap and shower gel. Had to go downstairs and ask for it. The breakfast area had a none operational toaster. The toaster is 20$ at Walmart… I come to Windsor a lot but will never come back here again.

The lady at the front desk that checked us in, i believe her name is Melissa, she was so sweet, funny and relateable. She made us feel very comfortable snd welcomed. She even greeted us with a "welcome back" everytime we returned to the property. Very exceptional hotel stay.
