The living room is furnished with a large table and a cozy sitting area with a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and electric stove, as well as all the necessary cooking and kitchen utensils. A utility room offers extra storage space and is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, and dryer.

Outside, you can enjoy the garden with barbecue, a spacious outdoor table, a sitting area with wicker tub chairs, a playground, and a large lawn for romping around, as well as a petanque court. In the annex, you will find leisure facilities such as a foosball and pool table, a kubb game, and a dartboard. Parking is available for five cars.
