No staff at front desk… no dresser or closet to hang clothes or coats. No complimentary breakfast or soda machine.. I asked for extra towels when I booked I had no extra towels … the house keeper was very polite and nice and left extra towels in my room when requested…

Pros: well lit parking area close to the rooms, bathrooms did have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Cons: bathroom sink only had hot water, rooms were very loud from both neighboring guests and street noise, sheets were stained, bathroom window did not lock (at street level).

When we got to the motel, no one was at the desk, so we called the number listed twice and no one picked up. Finally we get a call back, the front desk gal said she’ll be right there. She pulled up in a car and came through the front door and was just snippy the whole interaction. The rooms were ok, fairly clean. Parking was not great. But overall, the stay is reflected of the price.

The room was clean but honestly they need to invest in new pillows and linens. The pillows were worn out and lumpy the sheets and pillow cases were ancient (off color and thread bear). I'm glad there wasn't carpeting. We choose this hotel because there wasn't carpeting, our fear of bed bugs is high. The condition of the linens was a huge concern, we won't be returning.
