The beds, sheets, towels, and bathroom were clean and smelled good, but the room itself was in poor condition. The ceiling tiles were sagging, there was peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and the worst thing of all was there was no Hot water.

Totally unacceptable. Run down, door jamb and door lock is broken, half of the doors are boarded up and did not feel safe!
