Very unkept from appearances to amateurish room maintenance attempts. Caulking and such very poorly cleaned. Sticky stain in front of the fridge & poorly cleane Very noisy rooms, especially mine in tje nack side if the property.

Speed bump in front of office is awful! When I went over it (slowly) it scraped the underside of my car. We were charged a $100 security deposit that we were unaware of. We arrived after 5pm so it was already dark. When we walked into the room and flipped the light switch on, nothing happened. We ended up feeling our way through the room to find a lamp to turn on. One of the comforters had stains on it. As did one of the towels. The beds were so uncomfortable, I might as well slept in the floor. Every time we moved the bed squeaked and the pillows were awful, they were basically lumpy couch throw pillows. Hair dryer didn’t work. Other than comforter and towel stain, everything else was clean. A/C and heat worked well. Shower was fine. Staff were friendly (thank you!) We traveled here for my sons surgery the next day, so it was disappointing the beds were as uncomfortable as they were because no one was able to get any rest.

Floor in my room filthy. Sink did not drain. Shower head busted. Tv didn't work. Trash bags piled in halls every where. Dog poop on staircase. The breakfast room was ridiculously small. The hotel should use all the restaurants space and light it up. Only a very small space was used. Never stay there again! The staff was friendly

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times over the years, and this was by far the WORST experience. Some of the rooms have been renovated, but the one i received wasn’t. It was kinda dirty and one of the pillows looked like it had blood on it smh. The breakfast was trash. Definitely won’t stay here ever again.
