**The space**

This contemporary ski-in/ski-out condo is located on the first floor of Zephyr

Mountain Lodge. It gives you easy access to the slopes and all the village

amenities. It has all new furnishings and appliances, including a microwave

and a full kitchen. Lifts and shops, restaurants, and bars of the Village are

only a short walk away.



**The bedroom**

The one-bedroom condo has a king-size bed in the master bedroom and an

L-shaped sofa sleeper in the living room.



During the stay, you can access on-site storage for your skis, snowboard, or

bike. To enhance your experience, enjoy the complimentary High-Speed internet

throughout the building.

Additional Notes for Parking



Parking is $23 per 24-hour session (one car per condo). Reservations can be

made in advance on the Winter Park Resort website for unlimited in/out access

per 24 consecutive hours. There is no assigned parking. After purchase you

will receive a QR code that you will scan to get in and out of the garage. We

recommend you screenshot this for easy access. You will need to scan your room

key and then the QR code. If your room is not ready you can stop by the Front

Desk to grab a key to park.
