Fantastic staff. We had several ladies help us carry our bags up the stairs and to our room. It was a so unexpected and a wonderful welcome to Wolfville. Perfect location and will highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you for the Nova Scotia hospitality.

Beds were comfortable. Overall filthy room. No comfortable seating. Poor lighting. Visible dirt on corners of all rooms, counter, light switches etc. Small balcony with bird feces on floor and chairs. No communication in regard to parking until we were at garage and had no idea how to enter. NO Elevator.

Negatives. Terrible shower: feeble water pressure, not very hot water, confusing controls. Couch/futon was hard and poorly padded. No kettle. I didn’t need to use the fireplace, but it didn’t work anyway. Positives. Access instructions were sent promptly on time as promised by the hotel, and digital entry locks worked flawlessly. Very good location right in the town. Quiet. Good view of the river and the tide changes.

Great location, restaurants & grocery were very close. Directions received by email were easy to follow. But we were in suite 110 which was directly beside the buidling access door. So people were steps away from our patio doors, zero privacy. Noisy when people trying to get in late at night
