🐟 Fishing: Experience fantastic fishing right from the dock! You can easily spot Bass, Rock Bass, Sunfish, and even Pike swimming beneath the surface. Remember to bring your own fishing rods.
🌊 Private Beach & Shallow Entry
Step directly onto your own 425 feet of private, level shoreline. The sandy-bottom water entry is entirely gradual and shallow, making it incredibly safe and easy for kids to splash around or for anyone looking to wade in comfortably.
🏊 Swim-To Floating Dock: Just a short swim out from the shore, we feature a private floating dock! It’s the ultimate spot to catch some sun, jump into deeper water, or just lounge out on the lake. (Standard adult life jackets are available on-site; please see the cottage user manual for location and details).
🛶 Water Activities: Please note that watercraft (such as canoes) are not provided with the listing. Guests are highly encouraged to bring their own stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, or floaties to enjoy the quiet, motor-free lake!
💧 Drinking Water: A water cooler station with fresh clean water jugs is fully supplied for your convenience.

To maintain the highest level of cleanliness, we kindly ask everyone to follow these traditional Ontario cottage frameworks:
🛏️ Bedding & Towels: This is a traditional "Bring Your Own Bedding & Towels" cottage to maintain the highest level of cleanliness. Please remember to pack your own sheets, blankets, pillowcases, and towels for your stay (most guests find it easiest to pack their favorite sets right on top of their luggage!).
🗑️ Garbage Disposal: Guests are kindly asked to remove their garbage at checkout. A local dump pass is provided inside the cottage for your convenience (please note there is a $50 replacement fee if the pass is lost). Alternatively, you can opt for our hassle-free trash service - simply leave your bags behind and place $25 cash on the kitchen table for the cleaning team.
🔥 Outdoor Fireplace: A stylish steel fireplace is provided for cozy evening campfires. In compliance with local bylaws, daytime burning is strictly prohibited.
🚫 Important House Rules:

🐾 Pets Welcome: We kindly ask that they are house-trained, kept off the furniture, and cleaned up after outdoors.

🚭 Smoking and vaping are completely prohibited inside the cottage. The cottage is equipped with privacy-safe air quality sensors, and violations will result in a mandatory $250 chemical remediation fee.
