Will never stay here again

This was not the first time I stayed here but will definitely be the last. Heat was not working...owner said it was...after 1.5 hrs of waiting for heat to work...still wasnt. Asked for another room and was told no..and if I was unhappy with the fact of a cold room i could get my money back and leave. ...I had been driving all day and it was dark & where would I go so late? It was so cold even my cat slept under the blankets i had brought. Could not shower as it was too cold. In the morning I told the lady at the desk and she informed me there was a secondary heat source...which was not working... it was storming in the morning but i left beacuse of the room being so cold and the rudeness of the owner. Also phones in rooms werent working due to a power outage and the pool was closed.

The property was clean & friendly staff. The bed was firm which we love. The only complaint is that the pillows were too firm. Had a great stay & will definitely book here again!

The staff was very kind but the linens were stained, room smelled like stale cigarettes. I actually checked out early at about 8pm, and did not spend the second night there even though we paid for it and drove the 3 hours home in the dark.
