Lovely place. Very comfortable beds. The only draw back was that our room was right by the drive way. Felt as if we were in a fish bowl. Maybe get some sheer drapes. Also, no coffee making facilities in our room, and no food offered at the foyer space, only coffee.

We were greeted so graciously by Alexa , wonderful stay ! Room was very clean , complimentary coffee bar serving all day and added to that complimentary snacks and s’more kits for the out door fire pit area! All overlooking a magnificent water fall , so all we had to do was sit out on balcony and enjoy the sounds and sites ! We will return !!!

There was a small, brown stain on the white sheets on the bed. The bathroom hook was broken as was the bottom of the mirror. We were on the ground floor and you can also hear EVERYTHING from the room above and next door. It was hard to sleep because of the noise. I will say that the decor of the room was super cute, the location was great and I would go back.

No toilet paper when we arrived. No ice basket, many items in the kitchen were missing such as glasses, plates. The room was not ready for any guests. We asked front desk to bring missing items but she refused since she was the only one working at the hotel and she couldn’t leave there. When I went downstairs to get our toilet paper, I saw two people there. We stated this property many times in the past, it’s always pleasant that’s why we came back although this is the most expensive hotel in this area. Very disappointed, won’t come back again.

Great property, great location and great landscape but my room was over charged as it looked like a « small motel room ». When going to my room, I had to go through a balcony offering full view… on the room next door. I saw my neighbor, naked going out his shower. He was surprised as much as I was. I heard him having calls, as the wall separating the 2 rooms is super thin. Last but not least, the snobbery and arrogance of the two ladies at the front desk (check in and check out) is totally unnecessary considering the category of the hotel and the level of service (no breakfast).

Beautiful well-appointed room with big windows that made you feel like you were surrounded by nature. The room was spotless as was the bathroom. The balcony offered a view towards the small waterfall with comfortable seating for two. The staff in the reception area were warm and welcoming. The free coffee, espresso drinks, tea and snacks were an added bonus. You are steps away from Tinker Street with multiple dining options in walking distance. I highly recommend Silvia, Good Night and Garden Eats(vegan). I would have loved a way to make tea or coffee without leaving my room, but the coffee in the lobby was superb.
