With five bedrooms and spacious living areas, it is perfect for accommodating large groups of family and friends. Gather in the cosy lounge in the glow of the wood burner, escape to the snug for some peace and quiet, or dine alfresco together in the glorious garden with the sea as a stunning backdrop.

The large entrance hall leads to a dining room, and sleek kitchen with a breakfast bar where you can soak up the coastal scenery. A bright and airy lounge with comfortable sofas and a wood burner is an idyllic space to enjoy a post-dinner tipple or a film on the TV. There is also a shower room and family bathroom on the ground floor, as well as three bedrooms: a double, a super-king-size that can be made into a twin, and a further super-king-size with countryside views. Head up the stairs to the first floor, illuminated by a stunning stained-glass window, where you’ll find another family bathroom and two spacious bedrooms: one twin and one super-king-size, both with country views. Completing the first floor is a cosy snug room perfect for couples, with a two-seater sofa and unrivalled sea views. Outside, you can find a garden with steep lawns and several terraced patio areas – perfect for soaking up the sun in the warmer months.

Discover the nearby Morte Point (1.5 miles), a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and you may spot kestrels or seals basking in the secluded coves. Alternatively, visit the 3-mile-long golden sands of Woolacombe Beach (300 metres) and take part in a range of on-the-water activities, from surfing to sea kayaking and windsurfing to stand-up paddleboarding. In the village centre, there's a good range of restaurants and cafes for you to sample, too.
