Huomaa - Combesgate View on uuden omistuksen alla kaudelle 2020. Uudet omistajat käsittelevät kaikkia aikaisempien arvostelujen palautteita.
Viime vuosina täysin kunnostettu Combesgate View (entinen 3 Crossways Court) on majesteettisesti näkymä Combesgate Beachille vain kymmenen minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Woolacomben kylän keskustasta. Nro 3 on kahden makuuhuoneen talo, josta on kadehdittavat näkymät!

Upea pääasiallinen elintila sisältää tyylikkään uuden merivoimien keittiön loppupäässä ja siinä on suuren kokoinen olohuone, jossa on valtava erkkeri-ikkuna merinäköalalla. Pysäköintialueella, ulkona syövällä alueella, josta voit nauttia näkymistä ja vain kävellä tien toisella puolella rannan portaille; tämä ominaisuus on erittäin suosittu perheiden keskuudessa. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on kahden hengen huone, täysin varustetut kylpyhuoneet, erkkeri-ikkuna ja näkymät Combesgaten rannalle ja Mortehoeen. Kahden hengen huone on myös oma kylpyhuone suihkulla. Olohuoneessa L-muotoinen sohva mahtuu 6 henkilöä mukavasti. Siellä on seinälle kiinnitettävä HD-TV ja Wi-Fi. Tämän suuren lämpimän huoneen ruokailutilassa ovat kirjahyllyt, joissa on kirjoja, pelejä, matkailutiedotteita ja laitteiden käyttöohjeita.

Huoneen lopussa hyvin varustetussa keittiössä on 50/50 jääkaappi / pakastin, täysikokoinen astianpesukone, pesukone, mikroaaltouuni, uuni ja liesi. Tässä hienossa loma-asunnossa on liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet hintaan, ja siinä on kaikki modernit mukavuudet. Uudet omistajat ovat varustaneet kiinteistön myös syöttötuolilla ja pienillä lapsilla käytettävillä ruokailuvälineillä, vauvaportilla, vartaloineillä, tuulensuojalla ja aurinkovarjolla, jotta lomapakkauksesi pysyisivät minimissä!
Koirat ovat tervetulleita ja niistä veloitetaan £ 20 per koira, korkeintaan 2. Portaikko on varustettu koirien pitämiseksi alakerrassa, koska niitä ei sallita makuuhuoneissa.

Tämä huoneisto on Combesgate Beachin tien varrella, suosittu surffausta, vartalon nousua ja kallion yhdistämistä varten. Aivan nurkan takana on suosittu Barricane Beach, ihana suojaisa poukama, jossa on kahvila & eacute; kauden aikana tarjoillaan teetä ja kahvia, kakkuja, jäätelöitä ja ihania ruokia (älä unohda Sri Lanken & lsquo; tuo omia juomia, curry-iltoja kesäkuukausina!). Woolacomben tärkein ranta ja kaupat ovat noin 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä hotellista.
Astu ulos kiinteistön takana ja olet National Trust -maalla ja ihana niemenkierros Mortehoeen asti.

Fantastic place to stay. Very clean and well equipped, the location of the apartment is right opposite the beech at Combesgate, What a wonderful stay. Maddy and Sarah at HHH are brilliant.

An excellent apartment with a stunning view overlooking Combesgate Bay. It is a very comfortable and well equipped place to stay within walking distance of shops and places to eat in Woolacombe and Mortehoe. I can’t recommend it enough.

A clean and well-equipped house with excellent views of Combesgate beach. You can hear the sea at night, which is so relaxing. Having a dedicated parking space right outside was also really convenient. Both bedrooms have modern en-suite bathrooms with showers. We can whole-heartedly recommend this property.

Superb accomodation

We had a lovely holiday at Combesgate View. The accomodation is very clean,the kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are spacious.Appreciated the seating on the patio to relax while enjoying the views. Very convenient to have your own allocated parking space. Would definitely stay there again.

The accomodation was excellent with everything you need in it , spacious and very comfortable. Spectacular views.Seating area outside to relax and take in the beautiful views. Owners are very thoughtful,we appreciated the welcome pack and they even thought about families ,our grandson enjoyed playing with the games and drawing items which they provided.Thank you ,we had a lovely holiday.

Property with a View !

Amazing property in a stunning setting with the most spectacular view and the most amazing sunsets we've ever seen. The Property is extremely comfortable, very well kept and is very well equipped for self catering, a lot of attention to detail and thought has been put into this Holiday let. It was an absolute joy to sit in the Bay window and just look at the view of the Bay.

Wonderful family holiday

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Combesgate view. The apartment is ideally located across the road from the beach where we spent many hours swimming and body boarding. The National Trust walks are directly located to the back of the apartment and we enjoyed some beautiful walks all around the area. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing Holiday and beautiful views of the Bay from the master bedroom and lounge. We would definitely book this apartment again.

Another Lovely Stay

Our second visit to Coombesgate View and certainly not our last. A lovely peaceful location with the main beach/ centre of Woolacombe less than a 5 - 10 minute walk away. The apartment is very well kept with a large lounge/ kitchen area that gas all you need for your stay. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one has twin beds but both are ensuite though the twin bedroom is possibly better suited to children. Towels and bedding are provided and in the main bedroom, there's a large built in wardrobe with a smaller built in wardrobe in the landing. Overall, a lovely place

A wonderful holiday

We have just returned from our holiday and Combesgate View is a wonderful place to stay. It is situated on the Esplanade at the quieter end but still just a 10 minute walk into Woolacombe itself. We enjoyed days on the main beach and also when the tide was out we loved walking from Barricane beach to Combesgate beach , there are some lovely rock pools to explore and shells to find. The house itself is extremely comfortable and it was very well prepared for us, everything was clean and tidy and so we felt we could relax straight away. It had everything we could have wished for and made self catering very easy. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have an ensuite in both bedrooms. We holidayed with our granddaughters and they were very impressed with the tv and they found plenty to watch. Yet again Holiday Home Hunter have been a great company to deal with, it’s lovely to use a company that is local. We all really enjoyed our holiday and would love to return next year.

Fabulous view

Booked through Holiday Home Hunter, good service and communication as always. Lovely apartment. Great location with sunset views in quieter part of Woolacombe. Nice patio space. Would have liked some outdoor cushions for hard wooden outdoor furniture. Well equipped kitchen. Beds slightly too firm for us. Lovely linen and towels. 2 bathrooms which is great, good water pressure for showers. Would recommend this duplex and staying in this location. We did not bring our dogs with us on this trip as we went to Lundy Island, so the fact that this apartment is not dog friendly was fine. We're bringing them on our next trip to Woolacombe and are staying next door!

A Fantastic Stay

We had a week at Coombesgate View and we couldn't have asked for more. For us, it was the perfect location, being a short walk (or drive if you prefer) to Woolacombe centre and opposite Combesgate Beach - and if you're feeling fit, a shortish but steep walk to Morethoe. The apartment had all we could ask for and we liked the fact that both bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms, with the second bedroom having a walk in shower. The lounge area has a lovely large sofa and more than adequate sized dining table, kitchen has all you need and there's a small terrace at the front where you can sit and just enjoy the views - even better with a nice cold drink to hand. The main bedroom was very comfortable with lovely views out to the beach and sea and there is plenty of clothes storage too The service and communication we received from Holiday Home Hunter was excellent and we'd certainly recommend them - so much so that we hope to book through them again for 2023 All in all, a great stay, great location and great service

Another great holiday in Woolacombe!

This was our 3rd year in Combesgate View, and our 7th booking with Holiday Home Hunter - who are great as ever with prompt and helpful communication. The property itself is spacious for a family of four, with great kitchen facilities, and we really appreciated the addition of the new shower in the main ensuite. The location is particularly fabulous - it takes less than 2 minutes to walk to the steps going down to the beach, and the views are spectacular. We have already booked again for next year and can't wait to be back!

Great property, especially for a couple, lovely views and very convenient for beautiful Combesgate.

Very light and airy property, through living room/kitchen is spacious and and well equipped for a relaxing holiday. Lovely views from bay windows (would be even better with a couple of comfy chairs and table in the upstairs bay, which has a stunning view!). Easy parking a bonus in Woolacombe, convenient for all the facilities in the town (15 min walk), though if you wanted a day on the main Woolacombe beach with littlies it might be easier to drive and park on the spot. Combesgate beach across the road (100 steps down, and up again!) is a beautiful beach to walk on at low tide, or go rock-pooling with the family. Sun-trap Barricane beach is a bit over 5 mins around the corner, small cafe (plus authentic curries most evenings) but no toilets! Walks up into Mortehoe, or along to Morte Point are on your doorstep.

Lovely property in perfect location

We had a lovely week in one of our favourite places. Combsegate View has everything you need in it - it is very comfortable. However its location is special. We loved waking up to sea views and then ending the day drinking a glass of something on the terrace watching the sunset over the sea in front of us.

Another great week in Woolacombe!

This is our 2nd time staying at Combesgate View, and our 11th annual holiday in Woolacombe. Combesgate View is spacious, well-equipped and comfortable for a fabulous family holiday. The location is amazing - right on the seafront with gorgeous views. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will be coming back next year.

A very beautiful property

This property is newly refurbished by new owners. It is a very beautiful property with amazing see views from both the outside space (lovely to sit in the evening and watch the sunset) as well as living room and main bedroom. Very nicely decorated, well maintained and exceptionally clean. There is lots of living space including a well designed and well equipped kitchen and very spacious and comfortable living area. The bedrooms are again a good size and both have lovely en-suite. The property is directly opposite Combesgate beach and a very short walk (less than 5 mins) from barricane beach. It is an easy 10 minute walk to the main Woolacombe beach. It is a beautiful holiday home and we had a fantastic holiday at this property, we will definitely visit again.
