The room had an awful chlorine smell. It was so bad that my wife and I were coughing uncontrollably when we asked staff members to move us. They told us to go and find another hotel if we weren’t happy with our room. My wife and I ended up checking out and doing just that and going to another hotel. I found the staff to be extremely rude while telling us that they’re used to that smell and that’s why they don’t cough. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn ever again.
