Bad experience, never return.

At check out we were given room that looked dirty. I told the staff and with an attitude they gave other in a 3rd floor. No complimentary coffe was offered as the other SpringHill locations. Carpet filthy and food cold. Never return to this particular location.

Pros: It was very clean and comfortable to stay. Bed was great, spacious and the amenities were very entertaining. The pool was cozy and warm. Cons: pool area temperature was very warm and there was alot of chlorine in the water. But overall it was the Best hotel ive stayed in. And i will stay here in the future again if i am in the area.

Pretty place. Rooms were nice. Very disappointed the pool was closed for the entire weekend without being notified !!!! It was one of the reasons for booking this hotel!!!!!!!
