Ocean Front sydämessä Wrightsville Beach! Tämä kauniisti kalustettu ja sisustettu 3 makuuhuoneen, 3 kylpy kaupunkiasunto on 2 kannet näkymät merelle. Nauti upeista näkymistä ja merituulista!

Avoin oleskelu-ja ruokailutila sen tilava kannella on täydellinen viihdyttävä. Hyvin varusteltu keittiö, 1 makuuhuone ja kylpyamme ovat myös tällä tasolla. Yläkerran makuuhuoneessa on oma terassi ja master-kylpy. Hotellissa on myös vierashuone ja vierekkäinen sauna.

Takan takana on suljettu alue, jossa on pingispöytä. Tämä ihastuttava yksikkö sijaitsee Wrightsville Beachin sydämessä, vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kaupoista, ravintoloista ja ruokakaupoista. Vuokrat viikoittain tai kuukausittain. Soita kuukausittain.

The location and view can’t be beat. The beds were comfortable.Living room furniture could use a refresh - unit could use an overall upgrade - but if you’re looking for a clean oceanfront place to stay this will fit the bill!

The location was amazing being located oceanfront. It was wonderful to sit on both of the decks and take in the sights, sounds and smells of the ocean. It was a beautiful thing to witness the magnificent sunrises right from the primary bedroom and lower deck. The convenience of being able to walk to restaurants, shopping and church is priceless. We would love to make this an annual family vacation. This wonderful oceanfront home in the heart of Wrightsville Beach definitely captured our hearts!

Good experience over all.

The house size and location are great for families. Right on the beach and walking distance from a convenience store and many restaurants and ice cream stores. Great beach views from both balconies. The house was professionally cleaned when we arrived. Linens and towels were provided and clean. We would come again. However the house does need some updates. Most importantly would suggest a new dinner table and rugs as these did not give the feel of cleanliness. Periodic ant treatments are required as we saw tiny ants in the kitchen. In addition, suggest updating and/ or ventilating and/ or a dehumidification system in the garage area and attached room where the ping pong table and grill are located. We were not able to use this area at all.

Absolutely amazing location. One minute walk to the beach. One minute walk to coffee, dining, night life etc. The unit was a bit dated. Some bugs trying to get their share. Garage area had a smell. Bring ping pong paddles and some new balls. Battleship North Carolina close by and worth a visit. Get a Shibumi for the beach on day one. About $250. Would stay again.

Great Beach Spot

The location is hard to beat - literal steps from the beach. Could watch the sunrise without leaving bed! The interior is nice if not a little rough around the edges. Overall we had a great experience, and would stay again.

Wonderful time

We could not have asked for a more perfect home and location! Though the interior is a little outdated, (my husband and I got a giggle out of the under cabinet stereo system) the stay was all we could have hoped for! The linens were clean and the location was superb! We will definitely be back! PS - there were beach chairs available :)

Perfect place to stay

This place was everything we were hoping it to be. Very clean and bright and fit the needs of 5 adults. It is only a few steps to the beach and very convenient to many restaurants and shops. The view from the decks was beautiful. Would definitely go back!

Fantastic location

Very nice house with great location steps from beach access. Gorgeous views from living area and master bedroom. You can hear the waves! The kitchen is very basic (no tea kettle, only very basic utensils) and come prepared as it wasn't stocked with things like a sponge or soap. The upstairs main bedroom toilet was in need of repair and unfortunately wasn't fixed by the time we left. Overall very nice.

Great location with excellent views

The house is perfectly located within walking distance to restaurants and several stores. And the view can't be beat! All of the furniture and decor is comfortable and cozy with a beachy vibe. We loved that each bedroom had its own ensuite with the master having its own balcony. The only reason I didnt give a 5 for cleanliness is because some of the appliances and kitchen pots/pans could use an update. They worked perfectly fine but they are a little older. Otherwise, the place was spotless and we would definitively rent this house again!

Not very thorough... Vrbo charged extra charges. Very dissatisfied in cleanliness. Mold in toilets and showers...no beds made ..only 1 towel pperson,no tpaper... No beach chairs in good shape..NO BEACH TOWELS(WE FLEW AND DID NOT EXPECT THESE CONDITIONS FOR GOING TO BEACH REALLY!!!)Had to take out trash..what does ur cleaning person do?

Location, location, location

Outstanding week. Superb location with walking distance to the beach, beach store, surf shop, ice cream shop and more. The house suited our group of 2 families, 6 people total. Plenty of amenities to prep meals for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Short walk to the beach as well as near a lifeguard stand. Highly recommend this property if you are staying in Wrightsville Beach.

Great Location

My husband lived up the street in his younger years, so this was a nostalgic trip for him. The beach was great. Location can’t be beat. The house just needs a few sharp knives, pizza cutter and adult forks. It was comfortable clean we would return!

We truly loved our time at Wrightsville Beach. The house’s location could not be more perfect. Watching the sunrise each morning while laying in bed was bliss. Only thing I would note is the amount and steepness of the stairs. Would’ve been nice to know ahead of time for my elderly mom but she did great and enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well supplied if a tad dated in a few areas. I never rent the same place twice but I’d stay here again anytime!!!!!

Overall, this property needs a lot of TLC. The screens are ripped in several windows. The master bathroom shower is so clogged I’m not sure it’ll ever be cleared. We killed 4 cockroaches on the main floor in the kitchen/living room area. It has a very moldy smell when you walk in. We stayed in this same home 3 years ago. It needed some attention back then and I can assure you NOTHING has been done to keep this home up & maintained. This was a very last minute decision to book. We love the location which is why we went here a 2nd time. We probably won’t stay at this property again.

Beautiful spot! The house was clean and check in was easy. The house would be 5 stars if they had more supplies. There were only a few trash bags and we ran out of toilet paper. But you can’t beat the location!

Disappointed

My stay started with a not so happy experience as it related to the one sided agreement you were forced to sign within 24 hours of booking and if you didn’t they threatened cancelIng your reservation with no refund. So read the fine print and make sure you have time within 24 hours of your booking to follow up with the multiple emails and contacts that the listing agent hounds you with. I realize the agreement is available to see in advance, but the one-sidedness of this Agreement is extreme compared to multiple other management companies I have rented from. Next I arrived around midnight to have all of the parking spots that were reserved for the unit filled and I had to park in public parking and trek all of my belongings over to the property. So that wasn’t the best first impression. Bryant Realty’s response the next day was if it’s not resolved on its own by the end of the day, please let them know. In the home itself there’s a myriad of things that simply were not up to par for the price. Things like no extras, nothing special, wide-angle photos that make all of the rooms look much bigger online than what they are in person, hair in the tub, a sink that didn’t drain, televisions too small for the space in a couple of rooms, rusted shelving in the freezer, rusted outdoor furniture, and more. Worst of all, we’re the roaches all over the place. Some dead and some alive. There was a review back in May 2018 that led me to believe that the owners updated the unit, but it looks like even though Bryant Realty said that the owners were planning on updating things, evidently they haven’t gotten to it in the last year and a half. The only thing that is wonderful about this unit is the view and the location on Wrightsville Beach, but in spite of that I would never rent this unit again and I certainly wouldn’t work with Bryant Realty when I need a rental in the future. I’m sure they are going to make a comment that says I should’ve reached out to them with all of these issues but the list was so darn long and I was only there for a few days I didn’t want to spend my time dealing with cleaners and repairs during the little time I was there. I go to Wrightsville Beach once a year, and this experience is a major thumbs down. I’m not sure I will ever rent a home again based on how much money I feel I have thrown away.
