Check In Issues

Our stay was good, but we didn’t receive check in instructions until after the check in time that was listed on Hotels.Com. They don’t have a reception desk and no one in the building spoke English so we were completely lost with how to get to our room and check in. I had to call Hotels.Com to help sort it out. They couldn’t find the contact number listed on the website so they had to google them and try to contact the owner. Finally the owner texted us the instructions. We would have had a better experience had we received the check in instructions the day prior to our arrival.

В момент резервации указывается возраст детей. Дети уже достаточно взрослые. Почему нельзя оставить раздельные одеяла для всех? На 4-х человек было только 2 одеяла. Диван для размещения дополнительно 2-х человек тоже не удобен для сна. Рядом идёт стройка. В целом хорошие апартаменты за свои деньги для 2-х человек.

Fajne miejsce z dobrym dostępem do komunikacji miejskiej. Wysoki standard wykończenia apartamentu. Wszystko czyste i nowe. Parkowanie pod budynkiem dodatkowo płatne, ale można zaparkować 100m dalej, przy ulicy bezpłatnie. Drobnym mankamentem może być dla niektórych budowa biurowca naprzeciwko, nam to akurat nie przeszkadzało.
