The room looked clean but when I spilled water I used a napkin to wipe it up and the floor was filthy. Aldo, the wash cloths and tiles were white and looked clean until we wet them. As soon as I went to wash my face with the cloth it had brown marks on it. So did the towels as soon as my husband used the towel it looked dirty.

This is one of the nicest places we've stayed. It's beautiful, the room is very nice, the bed was perfect-not too soft/not too hard! The pillows were awesome. We'll definitely stay here again.

Our stay last month was a disaster. Our first room had a dirty toilet, the second room had not even been cleaned since previous visitor (we were not the only ones this happened to), our third room had 2 beds and one had not been changed, but simply made with dirty, stained sheets. After a long day of travelling, we gave up and decided we would just sleep in the clean bed. To the credit of the front desk staff, they kept their cool throughout, did their best under terrible circumstances and made sure the dirty sheets were changed while we were at dinner. The whole experience was just plain gross!

Decent place for a nights stay! Old facilty ( I think an old laquinta Inn) refaced as Garner. We were in 206 , sink plunger was stuck and wouldnt drain, so we used the tub for everything, slight inconvenience. Just wish this would have been noticed by whomever cleaned the bathroom before our stay, could have been avoided. For this, I give 4 stars. Room was clean, beds allowed for a good nights rest, and seemed pretty quiet overall. The entire staff were very attentive and friendly, including Sarah that worked hard to be sure everyone had a great breakfast before starting the day!! The place is Dog friendly, and that was a seller for us !
