I booked a room here on the way to my destination and on the way back. I am looking for other accomodations. The beds are horrible, the rooms aren't clean....spend more, stay somewhere else

I booked this based on the high rating. Not a "very good" . Old and worn. First room they gave us the bathroom was flooded. When i asked for a room in front away from their junkyard in the rear, I was told a $50 fee for those rooms.I paid it as it was a mess in the rear. Very marginal hotel. they say breakfast but nothing there. Terrible location and staff was very indifferent. Give it a 1of 10. Very disappointed based on the fake ratings on Hotels. Drive by quickly to a real hotel.

This place definitely has cheap ownership. All the furniture was chipped and mismatched. It was what I would call kind of clean. The sheets and towels were clean. There was a dirty washcloth in the corner, trash under the beds, a coffee cup left in the microwave. We had a room across from the pool. The back side of the place was messy with furniture covered in tarps. I had to go through a sketchy hallway to get to the room. Didn't feel safe with kids. The girls at the front desk were friendly and helpful!

Ok stay for overnight driving through

Rooms were ok, missing soaps. We had 2 shampoo no handwash. Room next door had 2 conditioner. But they were clean. Breakfast was less than regular. No juice, milk jugs, microwaveable sandwiches.

Decent stay

It was a decent room for a one night stay while traveling. Not the cleanest but it wasn’t terrible. Beds were comfy and check-in was quick and easy. The hotel is in a good area too.

Spend a bit more and go to a better motel. Disgusting from front desk to nasty pillows and the smell of cigarettes. They don’t allow a small dog that you pay a fee for to walk on the grass in the “courtyard” but they allow people to smoke pot in a “family friendly” hotel. What a joke! And if you don’t mind a room with an air conditioner that won’t work properly in 100+ degree weather, then this place is perfect for you. Only booked here because everything else was sold out on a holiday weekend that took place when we were moving cross country. And don’t bother complaining… they don’t care.

They were very accommodating we asked for a room near easy parking and by the pool, when we got into the room we walked in and it smelled terribly bad like cigarette smoke asked the front desk to move us to a different room. No problem. The morning breakfast is nothing to write home about. But the price was right and satisfied would recommend.

When we checked in and went to the room the sheets were dirty and the room had a smell in it. The air conditioner didnt work so we had to sweat all night we couldn't wait for morning to come so we could leave would not recommend this place

So we got here and the reservation the hotels.com account and the pre-paid credit card are all under my name, the confirmation from hotels.com has my name saying it’s all pre- paid and when we try to check in the front desk tells me there’s only one room under my name? So after a few minutes trying to reach a live person at hotels.com the person tells me the other room is under one of the other guys on this trips name? I usually only book 1 room but for this trip I booked 2 and I’m guessing the app asked me for a second name? This caused a huge confusion!!! Told u my name my account and my credit card, you really need to change that tyvm
