Tee Yachatsissa sijaitsevasta aurinkoisesta merinäköalasta kotiin muistoja. Lähellä Cape Perpetuaa, vaellusreittejä, ostos- ja ruokailumahdollisuuksia. Vain minuutin kävelymatka vesialueelle, Summershore on paras paikka erittäin helposti vuorovesiyhteydelle! Hyvin varustettu keittiö ja suuri huone, jota ympäröivät ikkunat ja upeat merinäkymät, ovat erittäin viihdyttäviä ja perheen aikaa yhdessä. Autotalli, jossa on pingispöytä ja foosball, on täydellinen paikka sateiselle päivälle sekä katsomassa Netflixiä taulutelevisioissa! Päivän päätteeksi koota palo kuoppaan ja nauti auringonlaskusta, kun teet suunnitelmia toiselle päivälle täynnä merenranta-seikkailuja!

Peruutukset ja palautukset: Varauksen kokonaiskustannukset, joista vähennetään 10% palvelumaksu, voidaan palauttaa 45 päivää ennen sisäänkirjautumista. 45-päiväisen sisäänkirjautumispäivän jälkeen ei palauteta.

Sisäänkirjautuminen milloin tahansa klo 16.00 jälkeen saapumispäivänäsi.

Ikäraja: Ensisijainen rekisteröitynyt vieras on oltava vähintään 26-vuotias. Suurimman osan asiakkaista on oltava yli 25-vuotiaita tai aikuisten valvonnassa olevia lapsia.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Yachats Ocean Road State Natural Site. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat ja pelihallin/-huoneen. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

What a great place to stay! It was clean, bright and decorated nicely. The kitchen was well stocked (be sure to bring your spices if you plan on cooking, however) and had all of the dishware, pots/pans and gadgets that we needed! The layout was great for our family and we had fun with the ping pong table! We also really enjoyed the backyard space, as it was sunny for most of the day. It was a nice reprieve from the windy days at the beach! We also caught some beautiful sunsets from the living room! We will definitely be back! Thank you for providing your wonderful home!

Great stay

House was perfect for our family.Only suggestion is to get rid of the questionaire upon check in. It was really annoying, given the fact all the questions were completely redundant. Not a good way to start a vacation when I really just wanted to hang out with my family.

The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed... even two types of coffee makers, a Keurig and drip. Everything was well labeled and easy to understand. The street was quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed tide pooling at sunset. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home choice for our 3 night beach vacation! The home is spotlessly clean & very well appointed. We enjoyed our home cooked meals with views of the ocean.The fully fenced landscaped yard made our early and late dog walks convenient and safe. Loved the night we enjoyed the firepit and enjoyed our dinner at the picnic table. Sweet Homes never disappoints!! Thank you for once again welcoming our party for a perfect beach holiday. Family Gathering

Three generations spent the week together at this lovely home. It was perfect for our group. We had plenty of room to spread out and a nice large dining table for game night and dinners watching the waves roll in. The garage game area was fantastic and the large fenced in back yard was great for sitting around the campfire. Close enough to walk to the beach or the market but on a short dead end road so we felt removed from town and traffic. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning!

Great house in a great location

Very clean house with plenty of room for family of 3 plus a dog. Had a great game room in the garage - provided for some nice family fun during the rain. Also, a nice distance from Yachats and the small beach in Yachats - it was a real easy and pleasant walk to both.

Wonderful place!

This is a beautiful home with everything you could possibly need as it is wonderfully equipped. Three full bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a view of the ocean, two gas fireplaces, large, open kitchen, and a two minute ride into town. We would stay here again and again and again

Beautiful house, fantastic location!

We were very pleased with our stay at this house...the size of the home and the lot, the accommodations, the VERY well-stocked kitchen, and the yard was a huge plus! We also loved that we were so close to the ocean - we had a wonderful view, and we could listen to the surf all night. The only slight issue we experienced was the washing machine leaking when we tried to do some laundry...aside from that, everything was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Family Getaway

Our extended family, group of 8 ranging in age from 15 to 75, stayed at Summershore for three nights. The house was the perfect size for our group, with enough space to spread out when we needed and come together when we wanted. We enjoyed foosball and ping pong, made s'mores in the evenings with a fire in the yard and had a wonderful view for coffee in the mornings. The kitchen is very well appointed (just know to bring your own oils, spices and condiments). The dining table easily fit everyone, and we could play games there after dinner. A trail and oceanside road at the end of the street makes for an easy walk into central Yachats, where you can enjoy a variety of cafes and restaurants and some cute shops. All in all, this was a wonderful getaway and this house was exactly what we needed.

Excellent!

Well appointed with quality on all levels. Great quiet location. Beautiful view from the living room. Very family friendly. We stayed here with 3 generations and it worked so well. The grandkids loved the games and the proximity to a great Sandy beach just a short walk away.

Beautiful views

We loved our stay here! Beautiful picture window views of waves crashing the rocks from primary bedroom, to woods views in lower bedroom and secondary upstairs bedrooms. There was plenty of separate living space for all, too. We also really enjoyed our evening picnic and fire pit time on our last night!
