- Linen is NOT supplied at this property. You will need bring your own linen including towels. Linen hire is available from The Laundry Yamba or Coastal Cleaning Services.
- We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies.
- PET FRIENDLY - Please do not allow your dog inside. Holiday tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their dog and damage your dog may cause. When booking, you must put down breed of dog in the special requests section. Guests are responsible for pets actions and additional charges will apply if property is left excessively dirty or damaged.

This four bedroom waterfront property features three spacious queen-sized bedrooms and a secret loft-style bedroom with two single beds. Airconditioning in the lounge with ceiling fans downstairs in the bedrooms.

The kids will absolutely love it. Mariners` Quay features a spacious bathroom, complete with bathtub for the young ones. Additionally, there is a second shower and toilet room located outside at the rear of the property , perfect for rinsing off after a day spent enjoying the nearby beaches or activities on Yamba`s waterways (please note, the outside shower is cold water only)

A contemporary well appointed kitchen overlooks the open plan lounge dining area ideal for relaxing with the family or alternatively sit outside under the covered entertaining area and take in the tranquil views of Yamba Shores waterway. There is also a BBQ available, ideal for cooking up the catch of the day.
