The stay was fair. The images postes varried significantly from the reality of the place. This facility replicati basic apartment living and not the inclusive
We had a wonderful stay at Grant Village. The property’s lakeside setting offered unforgettable sunset views over Yellowstone Lake, just a short stroll from our room. Dining at the Lakeside Restaurant was a treat—the tacos were a standout—and breakfast was a hit with our eight-year-old, thanks to the giant, fluffy pancakes. The location made it easy to relax, enjoy the scenery, and explore nearby sights.
Great view of the lake 2nd floor back, limited hours to call for restaurant reservations plan ahead, food options just ok for dinner, but good view and service, NO elevator to 2nd floor luggage has to be carried up stairs, VERY limited parking close to the building in the evening had to park very far which is a concern late with wildlife in the park and for the higher price.
Room was tiny but adequate. The rules of housekeeping services weren’t explained at check in. On the second day there we believed housekeeping skipped our room. I called the morning of the third day to tell them that we were skipped and to request more toilet paper. I was told then that housekeeping comes every other day. Wasn’t a big deal for us, I requested the TP and was told it would be brought during the day. We arrived back to the room in the evening, still no TP. I called again, this time I was told that you need to request housekeeping services the night before if you want them to come. They did bring the TP right then as we were in dire need. My advice to visitors at this hotel is to remember to call the front desk every night to tell them your needs for the following day. In regards to breakfast, get the buffet. If you order off the menu you will wait forever to get your food. Just get the buffet then get on your way exploring Yellowstone!

It is so fun to stay in the park. The park employees are all super nice and helpful. The room is adequate with beds, bathroom and a fridge. Cleanliness was subpar. Our room had a used towel hanging behind the bathroom door. The floor of the bathroom hadn’t been swept very well either. No tv or WiFi in the rooms. Wasn’t a big deal for us as we spent as much time exploring as we possibly could. It’s a fine place to rest your head, but don’t expect a 5 star hotel.

Liked: Amenities
Did not have daily room service, no coffee or fresh towels, and bathroom was tiny
As stated before the rooms have no tv, ac or WiFi. Which isn’t much of an issue considering you are not there for that. But the rooms are small and so is the restroom

This is a no frills hotel. When you consider the price you pay you would expect a tv in the room. There was no internet and no television. The room looked like it hadnt been updated in 10 years. I guess if I paid half the price to stay there I would understand.
I wish there was a legit mini fridge and a decent fan since there is no AC, but even without those items staying inside the park made it worth the expense.
We paid £325 for a deluxe double room ! The beds measured 130cm, did not even fit the headboard. We went to reception and were told they only have 2 rooms, no deluxe and this was expedia 'posting deceptive photo'. They clearly had this issue before and just said ' thats it, nothing we can do'. i had to sleep on floor as not enough room in bed and we are two normal weight adults. The shower was luke warm, with not much flow, and was in disrepair as was furniture in room. We have photos to validate our discontent.
It was just good. We were able to visit other villages like the Lake, Mammoth, and Old Faithful which all looked superior than ours. It's just a decent stay and purpose served.
