GROUND FLOOR:

As you enter the property you'll be greeted by a cosy modern living area with a plush sofa and a fold out dining area. The lounge has a large smart TV for those looking to enjoy a range of streaming services and channels when you're out exploring the historic city of York.

As you step through the kitchen you'll see a clean, modern aesthetic with all the amenities you'll need during your stay. This includes a kettles, toaster, 4 hob electric cooker, washing machine and an abundance of kitchen utensils.

FIRST FLOOR:

The front bedroom contain a cost single bed that's perfect for a younger guest or a single adult. with plenty of space under the bed and a free standing wardrobe, you can pack as much as you like!

The second bedroom is equally cozy, with a double bed, plenty of space under the bed, and hanging rails with shelves for clothes, shoes and bags.

WELCOME PACK:

There will be some complimentary tea/coffee waiting for you which we are sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey! Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll, which will last a couple of days.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
