Upea kokonaisuus. Hyvä palvelu ja huoneet mahdottaman kivoja. Oltiin jo toinenkin yö samassa hotellissa. Käytän uudestaankin tätä hotellia.

Bathrooms a bit grubby- tiles need scrubbing. No power points near a mirror for hair drying or makeup in the main room. Mattress too big for frame so roll off the edges. Cat roaming around public areas meaning off limits for me with allergy. No mention of cat on website; that would have affected my choice. Staff very friendly

Thank you for your feedback and high scores. All of our team work extremely hard to ensure that our high standards are met especially our housekeeping team. All of the tiles in the bathrooms do get bleached and scrubbed on a daily basis. Our neighbours cat Eric does occasionally come into the building. If he is causing any issues we do remove him. Lovely hotel nice location

Had a lovely stay the staff are very pleasant breakfast was lovely service was fast it's about a twenty minute walk into York town would definitely stay again
