(A210) Loft Condominiums

On the main level you have a living room, with a fully equipped kitchenette, that has a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dish-ware, cookware, and silverware provided. Our loft units also offer dvd player, with a free videotape library, river rock propane fireplaces, and private outdoor decks with electric barbeques. Sleeps 2-4. Please be advised: sofa beds are only acceptable for small children, not for adults, as they are uncomfortable for adults, so we will not guarantee a good night's rest on them.



Located high on top of a mountain at an elevation of 6,000 feet, this 48 unit condominium complex not only offers you great mountain and forest views, but also offers you a great location to start your day from, just minutes to all the main attractions! Our condominiums come in two configurations, studios and lofts. All units come completely furnished and fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.




Do you have internet access at any of your home properties? Yes but very limited! Only a few of our home properties have recently been able to receive Internet access. Due to our remote location, and the fact that most of our properties are surrounded by tall Yosemite pine and cedar trees, it makes it almost impossible to receive clear satellite signals, cable isn't available yet in our community. The system we currently have is a satellite based Internet system, and is vulnerable to adverse weather conditions, therefore we cannot guarantee Internet connectivity during your stay.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Yosemite National Park. Laundry facilities and a library are available. The condo includes amenities such as a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

Amazing location in the park, 30 minute drive to Yosemite valley. Overall it is fine, needs updating and there was a weird smell possibly from the carpet, otherwise would have given 5 stars

Yosemite is an awesome experience and I will be forever grateful for the opportunity to stay here. However, the carpet was sticky and stained and I can’t help but think that’s where the sour smell was coming from. There was hair in our sheets which was a little off putting. I sleep on the ground quite often while camping and this was much better than that.

Just Ok - Wouldn’t Stay Again

The building was pretty dirty, and our kitchen area wasn’t very clean. The sink smelled terrible and the paperwork/welcome letter left for us had wrinkles and stains on it. You have no cell service and the WiFi doesn’t work so come prepared for driving directions throughout the park. The condos don’t have air conditioning so if you are coming in the summer like we did it was miserably hot. The laundry machines were in pretty bad shape, so plan on bringing extra clothes instead of doing laundry. If we go back to Yosemite we definitely would not stay here. Communication from management was probably the best about this listing.
