Room provided was not vacuumed, it was dusty, and smelled musty. Had to ask for a different room. Place itself was dusty and not very clean. Front desk staff was on their phone and we had to wait to check in. There was no one in the front desk to check us out. We had to call the manager and every single number on the multiple business cards on the front desk until someone picked up to send us someone to check us out.

Our stay was lovely. A few details need to be addressed. When you consider it was booked as a handicap room it lacked some important details. The bed was to high. The room was too small for me to use my wheelchair. No walk-in shower. Seat in the tub was terrible stained. We did complain about the smells was told maintenance would look into it but it still smelled. Not enough seating for everyone to have breakfast. Went to Perkins instead. We were there over a week and got a good feel of the place. Great location.

When we arrived and checked in we were told that the elevator was not working so we had to take the stairs. The room was fine, but there was some brown spots on the bathroom wall( looked like soda) and a wet spot on the floor between the desk and the tv. We barely spent time there so we just kept our shoes on in the room. The second day we asked and were told the elevators were working again, but when we got in, it made so much noise and jerked so bad that I decided to take the stairs for the rest of our time there.

I booked a room with two queen beds and when I checked in with my 18 yo daughter and 16 yo son and one king size bed and went to get it corrected and told sorry nothing she can do no other rooms no discount refund nothing kids sleep on a small couch for $200!? Awesome NEVR again

Nice hotel room and staff

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and nice. Breakfast was normal hotel free breakfast food. Pillows were a little lacking but it's was perfectly fine for our weekend stay.

I always stay at this Comfort Inn location when I visit Youngstown because it's close to my brother's house. The staff is friendly and helpful and the emphasis on cleanliness really shows.
