Guests will have private access to the entire upper-level apartment, including a private entrance for complete autonomy. Enjoy seamless, contactless self-check-in using a secure keypad. The backyard is a shared open space for all guests of the triplex to enjoy. For your security, a Ring camera is located at the front door and backyard.

Our home is an upper-level unit in a triplex with one unit below and another next door. You will have a private entrance and a fully self-contained space. The backyard is a shared open space for all guests to enjoy (please note there is currently no patio furniture).

This home is a registered historic property over 100 years old. While thoughtfully updated, it retains the unique charm and occasional quirks of an older building, particularly on the exterior. If you are looking for sleek, modern perfection, this may not be the right fit.

-Traveling with Kids:
Please note the home is not childproofed. There are no outlet covers, corner guards, or safety gates. The staircase to the upper level is open, with no gate at the top, and the upstairs windows do not have guards and lead to a two-level drop. Please use caution and supervise children at all times.
