Five star hotel with breakfast and dinner provided. Unfortunately fare looks better than the taste. There is children playground with activities. Swimming are must have swimming cap irregardless

This hotel has signed up to the stupid we are green so we dont give you mineral water just tasteless chemival ridden tap water. If i want coke no problem but water " it is our company policy not to supply - ebwn if you pay" This is nonsense - i wont ever go back - i want mineral water sorry. The cost account needs to be fired. One other thing get some decent spirits Beafeater and Gordons gin went out in 1980! Mackellian whiskey maybe 1985!

This hotel is very nice. One can walk around the lake by simply crossing the street. The meal has many options and there is game room and sauna. We enjoyed it very much. I would definitely return if I traveled back to Sun Moon lake again.

Nice hotel in a beautiful location service was spotty - at times great, others dismal. Facilities a bit odd. Overpriced buffet or 2 high end restaurants. No place for a single person to get a casual meal except the bar. Nice swimming pool but no outdoor lounge space with views of lake. Room near elevator was loud.

Service is impeccable at Fleur de Chine. We really appreciate that our room request at check-in was accommodated. We enjoyed the beautiful lake views, trail walks, water world, and various cuisines during our stay. We particularly appreciate the emphasis on conservation and local ecology.

The overall service is good and the room is comfortable. However, we upgrade our breakfast to the rooftop by paying extra for every person. On that day, it was raining hard. I checked with the butler to confirm it is feasible to do the rooftop breakfast. I was advised that there is cover to shade the rain. However, it was leaking everywhere and it was really cold even with blanket provided. The staff as doing his best to accommodate us. However the overall condition for the rooftop dining under the rain is extremely poor. They should have moved us to a warmer and dry place.
