External Living | Private Pool, Jacuzzi & BBQ

This captivating sea-view home lays in 1.000m² outdoor area and is embellished with a 50m² private infinity swimming pool (1,40 meters deep) that can be heated with an additional fee, also boasting premium sun beds and a outdoor build-in hydromassage. An additional jacuzzi is also available at the 1st floor balcony (four seated). Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues at the outdoor fully equipped kitchen (Charcoal BBQ, two sinks, oven, mini fridge) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor sea-view dinning area. The outdoor area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey sinking into the sea. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate luxury living and an unforgettable holiday experience. For our younger guests an outdoor playground is available, and the highlight is the outdoor Chess Play area. Fitness equipment is also available at the villa (including free weights, a treadmill, exercise bikes, and a weight bench) for those who don’t want to lose their fitness during their holiday. Enjoy!

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 3 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 80 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
