The front desk clerk was rude frome the get go, we did not feel safe on the property or in the room. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else within 15 minutes of arriving. Would not recommend bringing families or kids here.

Not at all like you saw on the picture. The room was disgustingly out dated. Towels were thin and dingy looking. What was supposed to be a large towel was not. The floors were not well kept. In the second room i was on there were rectangle pieces missing. The shower head leaked Baseboard was dirty. Bedding had holes in the top cover. Pillows were lumpy. The first room they put me in was supposed to be a non smoking but it smelled like smoke. I stayed the first night in there then told about the smell and they moved me to another room which did not smell like smoke but did not smell fresh. I had to stay the five days because I would not get a refund to move to another hotel. I would suggest to Expedia that you need to inspect the hotels you advertise. I feel I should be given a refund from Expedia for having a place like this on your site.

The bathroom faucet was loose not working same as the shower. The guy at the desk said I tried giving you courtesy call and you didn't answer, well how can you answer when there's no phone in the room? He was very rude. The place was run down very dirty. Very unhappy with the stay and the customer service. I have a video to show you what the faucet look like and how it was just shaking around and not working and making all kinds of noises.

I would not stay here again if my depended on it. I had to move rooms because the first one had more ants than the amount of money I paid for it. The bathroom had cracks and holes in the walls. The sink faucet wasnt even secured to the sink. You have to turn the whole thing to make sure the counter didnt get wet. This place was a pit. The towels were dirty, the blankets had burn holes in them. The smoke detector went off when I took a 5 minutes shower. Oh and best part, ants must have gotten in my bags, because now they are in my car! This is a HO-tel for sure. Definitely a place to pay for "services". No more than that.

You get what you pay for

Check in was good. Room needed a lot of work floor uneven plywood on the floor. Looks like the mattress was sitting on plywood that you could see, pillows, look, yellow, towels were in the shape where you could’ve used them for wiping your car down. TV didn’t work or should I say the cable went to the office three times. They kept telling me to unplug then re-plugged but finally had somebody come in and had to switch something on the TV. Then got up in the morning and thank goodness. I watched her do it because the TV/cable did not work again.

Very sketchy. Room dirty. Walls dirty. Handles for bathtub disconnected. Bedsheets and towel stained. Shower curtain was dirty and ripped. Fire alarm went off twice. Strange car parked in front of door with the engine on. Called front desk and was basically blown off. Asked for a discount because of the condition of the room and was denied. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Beautiful Quiet Place

Got a great night sleep and hot shower as we continued on our journey! Amanda at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the happenings going on.
