The only thing we didn't like was the temperature in our room. It was too warm and we couldn't get it cooled down. That was our only complaint. We absolutely love staying there. It's a wonderful getaway romantic time for us.

Huge Hotel - Few Elevators

Our first room had inoperative air conditioning so an engineer arranged to have us moved to a nearby room with one that worked. The beds were very comfortable but there were only bathtub/shower combos that were difficult getting in and out of. The rooms were VERY far from the lobby and there were only a couple of elevators but not in the wing where we were.

Favorite hotel for 25 years

Always been a favorite, it’s like I grew up here. Unfortunate things like the spa still needing repaired and a few cosmetic repairs needed but this is a charming place and so peaceful. The service is wonderful and they’re very accommodating. The restaurant and pub are also wonderful, offering great food and environment.
