The Schönblick Residence opened in July 2018 and, with its contemporary style and extensive infrastructure, is one of the top holiday resorts in the Schüttdorf district.

The spacious sauna area offers a finnish and a herbal sauna.

Due to the ideal southern exposure, all 21 apartments, spread over 5 floors enjoy day-long direct sunlight and a wonderful view of the Kitzsteinhorn.



The elegantly spacious units come in various sizes from 60 m2 to 130 m². Another advantage of the Schönblick Residence: its immediate proximity to the golf course and the areitXpress lift station - the feeder to the Schmittenhöhe.

The holiday complex is located in the centre of Schüttdorf, a district of Zell am See. The ski lift, grocery stores, restaurants and public transport are all within a 3 - 5 minute walk. The lake and the 36-hole golf course are within walking distance or 2 minutes by car away.

The Zell am See-Kaprun region is a congenial year-round destination in which the seasonal boundaries seem to melt away. The Kitzsteinhorn glacier offers skiing almost all year round and Lake Zell (Zeller See) offers refreshment on hot summer days.
