This hotel provided an excellent experience at an affordable price point! The bay view is absolutely awesome and unforgettable. The rooms were clean and the overall installations (including the stunning infinity pool) were great. The service was excellent, and the food was consistently delicious and high quality. Highly recommend for a truly seamless and satisfying trip!

Staff was great. Breakfast was good and the infinite pool was awesome. Steep climb up but was ok. Would be nice to have a blanket on the beds as you need the ac on but just a sheet was a bit cold. Hars to get a good balance. Great place.

The people who work at this hotel were nothing less then fabulous 👌 The manager was always hands on greeting everyone throughout the day every day. I will definitely come back. They are now family.

Resort prices for a ran down very old property.

Absolutely nightmare. Restaurant and bar was closed first 3 days of our stay . No ice available on property for drinks . WIFI WAS SPOTY AND WORKED 20 % percent of the time . NO HOT WATER FOR HALF OUR STAY . THE NIGHT CLERK AND SECURITY GUARD BOTH WERE ASLEEP AT NIGHT YOUNG MAN (securiy guard) WAS SLEEPING ON COUCH in lobby with BLANKET LIKE HE WAS Home. PITCH BLACK DARK AT FRONY DESK AND WHOLE FIRST FLOOR, NOT SAFE … Pita the hotel manger acted like she didn’t know about WiFi and hot water problems . Funny how multiple reviews have same complaints. We were offered a fee breakfast for our troubles, we spent double that hot spotting WiFi on on our phones, insulated my intelligence with her sales techniques.trying to get us to rebook. NO THANK YOU
